About AHP​

American Homeowner Preservation started as a 501(C)3 non-profit in 2008 to help families at risk of foreclosure, and is now an alliance of for-profit companies on a mission to increase the homeownership rate for all to 75%, with a focus on helping very low-, low- and moderate-income families become homeowners.

At Skid Row AHP, our mission is to help keep families at risk of foreclosure in their homes.

Our crowdfunding solution empowers investors to fund the purchase of distressed mortgages with the aim of helping families stay in their homes, all while generating compelling financial returns.

Through crowdfunding, we purchase distressed mortgages at risk of foreclosure, typically in pools of hundreds at a time.​

A portion of our earnings go to support Skid Row Housing Trust to provide affordable housing and services to people who have experienced homelessness.​

The AHP family of companies helps aspiring homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership and helps current homeowners facing foreclosure stay in their homes. While Skidrow AHP purchases the loans, we have arranged for all loans to be serviced by AHP Servicing, LLC. Now through our partnership with Skid Row we can give back in a bigger way.
