- Skid Row AHP will purchase distressed mortgages (with a focus on those set aside by government-sponsored agencies for sale to non-profits), help keep families at risk of foreclosure in their homes, and a portion of earnings will support Skid Row Housing Trust.
- Skid Row AHP is offering to sell securities to the public in what we refer to as an “Offering”. Our Offering Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which qualified Skid Row AHP to raise up to $75,000,000 utilizing Regulation A+.
- We provide sustainable modifications so that struggling homeowners can stay in their homes. Alternatively, we offer other consensual such as discounted settlements or deeds-in-lieu-of-foreclosure. We strive to achieve solutions which benefit homeowners, communities, and our investors.
